Making sense of your prescription plan
Your costs
Your share of your plan's costs is what you’re required to pay. You can check out the limit on reaching your deductible, the percentage of the cost of medication your plan requires you to pay or the status of your copay.*
Your covered drugs
This is the list of prescriptions covered by your plan. It may also be called a drug list. Use our Check Drug Cost & Coverage tool to see if your medications are covered. If they’re not covered, you’ll need to pay full price. You can find other options in your account and talk to your doctor about making the change.
Prior authorization
Prior authorization is an extra layer of review that's needed for some medications. If it's required, your doctor will need to provide some more information about why they're prescribing the medication to you.
Your order status
You can easily review your current and past orders, all in one convenient place. You'll be able to check the status of your mail or retail order and stay up-to-date on its progress.
